Refcoms is built by people with deep experience in live sport, broadcast, and professional audio.
The team brings together over two decades in the Outside Broadcast Television industry, with more than 11 years working as freelancers across major international productions. This background includes delivering audio and communications for some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including the Olympic Games, America’s Cup, World Cups, and other global tournaments.
With a foundation in broadcast audio engineering, live sports production, and communications systems, the focus has always been on clarity, reliability, and making technology work naturally for the people who rely on it in the heat of competition.
